Mario O' Mario
I hate the days that I wake up to breaking news... because breaking news is always bad news. Today it happened again, however at least no one is dead, so that is good. But still, it was the shocking news that Mario Vazquez dropped out of American Idol. (Yes, I watch American Idol and love like you do) Though I was upset, because I had my eyes on him sense his auditions and he is hands down the cutest guy ever *eh hum*, it's not really that big of deal because I never drop a penny on any of the American Idol artists... not my taste in music. I was looking forward to more photos of him though throughout the next few months, darn it. But, the whole reason why I'm even blogging on this is the fact of how other people react to Mario dropping out. This shit just cracks me up and it happens all the time. First, when another idol hottie didn't win, Justin Guarini. What am I talking about? Probably you! (just kidding) I'm talking about the 13 year old girls who get online into related only groups and forums and post messages on how upset they are. Comments like, "I'm crying as I write this" and "I don't know if I can ever rebuild my strength to leave my room again". This stuff is just too good to pass up!
 Though they have already took Mario off the American Idol web site and replaced him with Nikko who was voted out last week, I still see that they have his web page up HERE. (if this link doesn't work, then they have taken it down). So save those pics to your hard drive to drool over later, because he is going to be gone from the spotlight after the news networks had their day with him.
The question is now, why did he drop out when he was most likely to win American Idol. He says because of family/personal reason, but it is reported that his mom knew nothing about this (aka, nothing wrong in the family, no one sick or anything of the sorts). So it is time to speculate! I think he is gay and hasn't come out of the closet and wants to meet me before getting too famous and ruining our chances. Did I say that out loud? Mario, sweetie, I accept famous people to obsess over me, it's okay! Well, anyway, we'll just have to see how the news unfolds on why he dropped out. As of right now, it's all mysterious. Maybe he just missed his puppy at home too much (if he has a puppy).
That's all I have to say about this today :) Here are some fan links of Mario that you can investigate for yourself and then also chuckle over the 13 year old girls that are "not going to eat for days" because they are so devastated.

[UPDATE :: Now I'm really interested in Mario after reading other people's comments online that Mario is gay and out. This possibly is the reason for quitting the show because of all the unfortunate consequences that the media and fans would put on him for being gay. If this would be the case, it would be horribly sad. It would also be sad if he was mislabeled as being gay for the same reasons. America still sucks at accepting human beings, go figure]
